Exercise Bike?

I'm buying an exercise bike from Argos tomorrow, so do not have much money, I was thinking of buying one for about £ 70 just wanted to know about the bike is good or very inexpensive to really work? I have the intention of using it for 30 minutes every day by bicycle do not burn many calories, why not have a real bike and use it for work or shopping or visit friends.not only exercise, but you will save money and the environment too! Do not waste your money! Everyone I know who bought one stopped using it in a few weeks, and are useless for training! For £ 120.00 you can get a good mountain bike? Hi, £ 70 sounds definitely too cheap to buy an exercise bike quality - what everyone has in mind when purchasing exercise equipment for home is the stuff you see in the gym, which are heavy and the cost of hundreds or even thousands of pounds. If I were you I'd buy a good bike and use it for 30 minutes a day, or get a gym membership and use it for half an hour a day. Wait for the right position before you can afford to splash on fitness equipment at home, and seek appropriate consumption centers, before you do! Good luck! I have a weight machine, treadmill, rowing machine, stepper, Air Walker and I have not the strength to use it when I get home from work, it will work its really up to you and how much time you put into it. Personally I would recommend a real bike, so you can enjoy nature as you ride. But a stationary bike for its purpose. You must personally for much cheaper online and you could do something to save more money. But at the end of the old adage rings true ~ you get what you pay for. You can spend a little more and get a better model. The main thing is that you get you use regularly. They usually end up as furniture, items, etc. Enjoy your trip to hang! : Do not listen) to them, an exercise is excellent as long as you do not pedal a few times and let it coast y. You have to pedal pretty fast, but does not kill you, and you will see a difference I bought from Tesco and it cost around this price also. I would say that they are good for exercise, as long as you use it at least 2-3 times a week for at least a period of six months. You start at a low level and then build up your strength by increasing the force at the end of each session - a step-up each week until you ride on the Max setting. Start with the bike just about 10 minutes, then the structure of time or distance gradually. You need the discipline and keeping it up to get the most value - lost a stone and a half and pulled some nice muscles. Hello from AnyForm training works and if you do it in 30 minutes, then that is what is recommended. The only thing wrong with buying a low price, has no tension adjustment on it so you will not be able to make it harder for you when you used to go on a precific voltage peddle peddle.
